2025: the year to get yourself better.

Posted on

Over the past 30 years I have given acupuncture to a large number of patients. Most of these patients had conditions that are not on the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) list of conditions I can advertise.

In 2017, the ASA considered evidence in relation to a number of claims that acupuncture could help: Infertility, muscle and joint problems, headaches and migraines, insomnia and anxiety. They considered that the evidence submitted by the advertiser was “not sufficiently robust to support those treatment claims”…

Maybe we should all make our own minds up. Clinical trials tend to average out the effects of a treatment so it can give an answer for a population of people. Trials won’t tell you if acupuncture will work for you, personally, in any particular situation.
Maybe 2025 is the time to try some acupuncture. Give me a call if you would like to make an appointment. Best wishes, Dr. Max.
