Cycling.

Cycling can be like life. You don’t always know where you are going or what is round the corner. Acupuncture can help with some of the problems in life. As the Advertising Standards Authority would say, “all claims of efficacy [are] to be supported by robust evidence in the form of clinically controlled trials”, so that makes it difficult to tell you all the types of problems I treat with acupuncture and what sort of success rates I have reached over the years.
Back to cycling; a new challenge for 2025. Cycling from Seaton in Devon to Holme-next-the-Sea in Norfolk. “Why?”, you may ask! Why not. The Chalk Way is an ancient ridgeway 360 miles long that runs along the chalk escarpment. I will let you know how I get on…

Best wishes,

Dr Max.
